Four things it does · And nothing else

The Schengen calculator that doesn't make you do the work.

01 · The answer

The number at a glance — the only thing you came for.

Open the app and the first thing you see is your number: days used out of ninety, with a colour you can read at airport-coffee speed. Green is safe. Amber is close. Red is over. No menus to dig through, no charts to interpret.

Built around one question: “Tell me, right now, whether I'm safe.”

No image data is ever read. Only timestamps and the coarse region tag the user kept.
02 · No typing

From photos to trips, automatically.

Scan your camera roll once. The app reads timestamps and the optional location tag your phone already attaches — nothing else. It groups them into stays, figures out which fall inside Schengen, and presents the result.

Don't have photos for a trip? Add it by hand: country, dates, done. Manual and automatic stays live side by side.

03 · Planning

Try a trip — see if it fits.

Type dates for a future trip. The app tells you whether you'll be inside the rule. If not, it gives you the earliest date the trip would work, down to the day.

No spreadsheets. No mental arithmetic at 2 a.m. in a Lisbon kitchen.

Nothing leaves your iPhone.

The strongest privacy claim is “we don't collect any data” — so that's the one we made, and the one we engineered toward. There is no account, no sync, no analytics SDK, no advert network, no proxy CDN that could see your travel data in passing.

The whole story is on the privacy page. The short version: nothing.

Common questions · Answered in plain English

If you've asked this before, you're not alone.

What is the Schengen 90/180 rule?

Non-EU visitors may spend up to 90 days in the Schengen Area within any rolling 180-day window. It is a moving window, not a calendar reset — every day you spent inside Schengen in the last 180 days counts against your 90.

The 26 Schengen countries are treated as one block for this purpose: a week in Spain followed by a week in Greece uses two weeks against the same 90 days.

Do UK citizens need ETIAS in 2026?

Yes. ETIAS is expected to apply to British citizens for short Schengen stays during 2026. It is a travel authorisation, separate from the 90/180 day rule, and is required in addition to the day limit — not instead of it.

Flags tracks the day limit. ETIAS itself is applied for via the official EU portal — never a third party, and never through this app.

How does the app know where I've been if it doesn't use GPS?

It reads EXIF metadata embedded in the photos already on your phone — date, time, and a coarse region tag that you decided to keep when you took the photo. All processing happens on your device. We never read the photos themselves and nothing is uploaded.

If a stay has no photos — or you stripped metadata — add it by hand. The app blends manual and automatic stays.

What happens if I overstay by one day?

The app turns red, tells you by how many days you're over, and gives you the earliest date you can re-enter safely. The actual consequence at the border varies by country and circumstance.

Flags is a tool, not legal advice. Always check with the relevant border authority before travelling.

How much does it cost?

Free for 7 days. After the trial it becomes an auto-renewing subscription — monthly or yearly. Yearly is the better deal for anyone who crosses Schengen more than once a year.

Exact prices vary by App Store region, so you'll see your local figures in-app before the trial converts. Cancel any time from your Apple ID settings.

Can I track multiple passports?

No — one passport at a time. ETIAS itself is tied to a single passport, so the model matches. Dual-nationals pick the one they're actually using to cross Schengen.

What if I don't have photos for some trips?

Add the stay manually: country, dates, done. Takes about ten seconds. Manual stays sit alongside the photo-derived ones with no visual hierarchy — your data, your truth.
