The whole story in plain English.

What we collect

Nothing. Not your email, not your name, not your device ID, not your IP, not analytics, not crash reports, not anything.

What permissions the app asks for, and why

Photo Library

To read EXIF metadata from your photos to detect entry and exit dates. We only process this locally on your device; nothing is uploaded. We do not read the photos themselves.

Notifications (optional)

If you opt in, the app will warn you locally before you risk overstaying. Push messages are generated on-device — they do not pass through any server we operate.

What is stored on your device

Travel days, country codes, the passport country you selected, planned trips. All in SwiftData. None of it leaves your phone.

Third parties

None. No analytics SDK. No advertising network. No content-delivery network that proxies your data. No “anonymous diagnostics” pipeline.

Website analytics

This website uses server-side log aggregation only (request paths, status codes, no PII). We do not set cookies. We do not fingerprint your browser. There is no JavaScript tracker on any page.

Children's privacy

The app is rated 4+. If a child under 13 uses it, we still do not collect any data — because we do not collect any data from anyone.

Changes

If we ever change anything in this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. There is no other change log because there is no data history to migrate.

Contact

Privacy questions go via the support form — pick Privacy question as the type. We don't publish a contact email because we don't want it scraped.

This page is a plain-English draft pending review by our legal counsel. The substance — that we do not collect data — will not change.
