“Flags”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ZeroCrew AI Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (London). The fleet is operated as part of ZeroCrew's small-apps practice.
We own the Flags apps, the website, and the brand assets. You own your data — every byte of it. The travel days, country codes, passport selections and planned trips you enter belong to you and live exclusively on your device.

The Schengen 90/180 rule, ETIAS, visa requirements, and tax residency rules change frequently and vary by country, nationality, and personal circumstance. The app's calculations are based on the dates and countries you provide (or that we infer from EXIF metadata) and on our current understanding of the rules.
Users are solely responsible for verifying their own compliance with relevant border authorities and tax agencies before travelling, before applying for a visa, and before making any decision that turns on residency status.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroCrew AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Flags apps or this website. Our total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (which, at launch, is zero).
Access to the app is sold by auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are offered on monthly and yearly billing cycles. Exact prices vary by App Store region and are shown to you in-app before purchase, and again before the trial converts.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refund is offered for unused time within a period (this is Apple's standard policy for App Store subscriptions). If we materially change pricing or billing terms, we will notify you in-app before the change takes effect.
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the apps after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
