Four things it does · And nothing else

The travel map that builds itself — and tells no one.

01 · The map

Everywhere you've been, on one map.

Open the app and the first thing you see is your world: every country you've set foot in, filled in and counted. 34 of 195. Five continents. A clean, quiet record of a life of travel — no feed, no followers, no leaderboard.

Built around one question: “Show me where I've actually been.”

Geocoded with offline maps, on your device. We never read the photo itself — only the place-stamp your camera already wrote.
02 · No typing

From photos to flags, automatically.

Scan your camera roll once. The app reads the place-stamp your phone already attached to each photo and turns it into a country — using offline maps, entirely on your device. The map fills in as it goes.

No photos for an old trip? Add it by hand: country, dates, done. Manual flags sit beside the automatic ones, with no visual hierarchy.

03 · The collection

Collect a flag for every country.

Each new country earns a flag for your collection. Milestones — your 10th country, your 25th, a whole continent crossed off — unlock badges you can look back on. A scrapbook, not a points game to grind.

When you want to show someone, export a clean image of your map to share. You share a picture — never your data.

Your travels are nobody's business.

Where you've been is sensitive — so we built the app that can't see it. No account, no sync, no analytics SDK, no advert network. Your map lives in one place: your iPhone. Delete the app and it's gone.

The whole story is on the privacy page. The short version: nothing.

Common questions · Answered in plain English

If you've wondered this, you're not alone.

What does Countries Visited Map do?

It draws a map of every country you've ever set foot in — built automatically from the photos already on your phone. Watch the map fill in, collect a flag for each new country, and keep a private scrapbook of where you've been. No social feed, no leaderboard, no account.

How does it build the map without tracking me?

There is no live tracking and no location permission. The app reads the place-stamp your camera already wrote into each photo and turns it into a country — using offline maps, entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded and we never see where you've been.

Is my travel history private?

Completely. There is no account, no cloud sync, and not a single line of analytics. Your map lives in one place — your iPhone. Delete the app and it's gone. The only time anything leaves your phone is when you choose to export an image of your map to share.

How much does it cost?

Free to start — the map, manual entry, and your first countries cost nothing. Pro is $19.99 a year and adds automatic photo scanning, unlimited countries, shareable map exports, and custom themes. It's a yearly subscription; cancel any time from your Apple ID settings. Exact prices vary by App Store region.

Can I share my map?

Yes — Pro lets you export a clean image of your map to post or send. You share a picture, not your data: no coordinates, no dates, no underlying travel history ever leaves your phone.

What are flags and badges?

Each country you visit earns a flag for your collection, and milestones — your 10th country, your 25th, a whole continent — unlock badges. It's a quiet record of a life of travel, not a points game to grind.

What if some trips have no photos?

Add them by hand: country, dates, done. Manual countries sit alongside the photo-derived ones with no visual hierarchy. Your map, your truth.
